Of late ive been addicted to discount sites. I find myself religiously checking all the sites i know everyday... ok dats a lie... a couple of times a day in hopes of finding good bargains. I have had some pretty good buys but i have to admit these discounted meals often skimp on ingredients and are more often the not- reduced in size. which is fine by me but my other half who eats like a dino may disagree. anyhoo!! today i went to milkadeal.com and got us a really cheap roller skating package!! remember roller skates!?? they came before roller blades!! roller blades r near extinction now n roller skates are like fossils!
These discounted sites often offer cheap hard to resist buy. and people like me- who cannot resist a bargain often fall victim to their ads. which reminds me- i still have two body spa vouchers that i purchased 2 months back.. my point is.. eventho these sites offer cheap buys- it does not mean we have to hog it all!! be smart and try to seperate the really good ones from the 'ok ok only' ones. like this one meal set package i bought last month. promising juicy steaks n all. what i actually got was a piece of thin meat so dry and tough if was like eating an old slipper. and the dessert promised, turned out to be tapioca tapai swimming in strawberry flavoured milk- yes milk. served with ice cream. we ate the ice cream n left the rest. but we got a buffet once that was really satisfying and it was a plus point that we were one of two couples dining that nite. it was like a private buffet. we kindda went a lil crazy w the food and could barely walk to the car afterwards.
so remember guys. next time u want to go crazy on these sites, do a websearch on the restaurant ok! or spa place or watever k!

hi era! i used to go to leonard drake- then they got too expensive. now i go to tini's spa in shah alam. they also have a branch in ampang i think. they'r pretty good n they also use dermalogica products n r cheaper then leonard drake. i love kiehls creams. but i mix n match my products. kiehls face wash, neutrogena toner, olay n kiehls moisturizer. n erm.. i dont use eye cream. bt i shud kan... aiyoh all dis aging thing doesnt sit well w me la.. wat eye cream r u using??
ReplyDeleteim not using any!! but age, or rather wrinkles & eye bags are catching up and clinging on very tightly to my face :s ive been using olay moisturiser for face. think im gonna start on their olay regenerist eye cream. tell me if u find an eye cream that works ok! think eye is the first part of the body yang will show a lady is aging kan, so we better do something fast about it.
