procrastinating on a monday...

ive got the monday blues...n its bad... its only 1030 n aleady im procrastinating... blogging.. instead o working...oh wat id give to have sunday agn... or alang2 nk time travel..saturday pls? we went to 2 baby aqiqah's on sunday...i tink i ate a whole kambeng...eyeballs n all... omg i have d most disgusting story to tell.. just thinking bout it makes me gag.. to cut a long icky story short.. i ate a sheeps eyeball without realizing it... wen i realized it...i buried it in my rice n made a rice mountain to hide it..den threw it all away...gagging and trying not to throw up the entire way... sumpah gross ok...

i tink i ate too much... the whole o last week ive been stuffing myself silly... ok fine d entire month... ive been eating to my hearts content like nobody's business... 2 weeks ago i actualy had fast food 5 times in a week! apakah???!? this week konon nk healthy.. im sitting in front o my laptop w a mug o ice cold peach tea n a chocolate caramel digestive in one hand... ok digestive good! healthy! but covered in choc n caramel...errr...xkot...

i have 4 pending requests and another 2 that i havent started on... pls pls pls give me the strength to go on... on top o segala kemalasan ni.. im not wearing my lenses sbb sakit so i had to pkai my glasses which is giving me a headache...bt without which im blind as a bat...

an apple a day keeps the doctor away

we brought dhanush to the clinic td coz she's been complaining o pain on the sole o her feet for quite sumtime now. takot ok.. the doc sed it was an infection and she had to slice it open to drain out d puss *i have to potong la!- sed d doctor, *janna pengsan*.. mary n i went in w her to konon give her moral support..i tink we needed it more then she did kot..the doc injected her feet *tapak kaki ok kwn2* and dhanush actually screamed in pain ok.. at dis point i was hiding bhind mary tp gatal nk tgk jgak..nk pgang dhanush's hand bt d room was pretty small plus takot nk duk dkt doc yg pgang scalpel ok!!

she made a hole bt the infection was in too deep so she made a puncture mark in it and plugged the hole w gauze to soak up d drained puss...at this point i no longer had mary to hide behind..whr mary?? den i heard from behind me in ' E, F, G, S...' my darling mary tgh duduk atas chair w one hand covering one eye.. buat eye test sdiri while dhanush was writhing in pain on d table ok! ok janna jgn dramatic sgt k. *this post was writen at 12.58pm*

Mother's Day and more!

Omg we had the most interesting day today!! We did sumtin new!!~ which I kenot mention here…or anywhr else for dat matter..but it was lesson well learnt!! Nuff sed.. den we went threading which is so wajib for every minah’s the world over! I do it every other week but I still get teary eyed every single time..sakit tau!

Den we went mom’s day shopping!! Yeay!! Im so glad I got wat I got!! Walaupon d pot dat contained it berat nk mati mcm nk terbalik~ ok xterbalik jgn over..bt sweet x mary n LA carried it for me sbab dorg takut I drop d pot n pecah… ok sweet jgak walaupon undermine my strength..pastu kn! Wen I got to my car I realised dat I did not lock it! *sharp exhale dgn bunyi2 dramatic* I don’t have anything of value in my car cept for my shoes which I consider to be priceless!! Janna dun b so careless nx time ok?

Day 3...

ok quick update of my attemp at keeping my resolutions.

#1 I did not not hit d snooze button at all!! ok i did by mistake, i really wanted to press the off button. anyway! eventho i did not snooze! i got sidetracked by cakbina!!! i went to wake her up den forgot myself..so lambat mandi...cakbina yang punya pasal..

#2 dis i did!! 1st time weh! LA the bangau asked me to buy karipaps odw to work so i had one in the car. its not perfect but its a start kn?? :)

#3 ok...i did not iron my baju the nite before...and again..i didnt even plan what i was gonna wear..i normally plan ahead what im gonna wear the next day to save myself the trouble o changing 5 times in the morning..i changed 5 times today before deciding on wat to wear..bt i tink its ok :) kot..

#4 tlg jgn tanye...shoes still in trunk...kelam kabut..out o sight (thank god)..bt never out o mind ok!

on another note, cakbina comel sgt smlm!!! she just started on solids bt she's still getting used to eating w a spoon instead o being bottle fed..she looks like popeye when she's eating..tp comel sgt!! mama na luffs u!!

todays report of my weeks resolution is rather unfavourable..due to faults not of my own..i missed all of it..#1 thru #4..ok fault i jgak kot sket...ok byk!!sape suh gatal nk lua jgak dh tau sok keje!!! hahaha!! tp main fault bkn i ok!! i was ready for bed at 930 last nite wen i got a call from 2 minah gedik who, dgn penuh gedik nyer ckp..'naaaa!!! awk buat apeeee..??? jom klua plsss!!!' sbab rindu gils punye pasal i sed jom!!! twas fun theres no deying dat! bt i was xpecting to b back b4 midnite, wat w it being a weeknite n all...we talked n laughed n camwhored! bt my cam sikit je..plus gelap..n xnk pkai flash nnti pasty..so pics xcantik..anyway!!

we were abt to leave at 1130 when this minah saw someone n screamed!! she saw sumone she wasnt suppose to see!! n 2 make matters worse! dat someone was with another someone when dat particular someone claimed to not have a someone. im so not making sense kn.. polan b si polan..hahaha! lg susah kot klu berpolan polan. who's polan btw? who came up w it n how??y polan?? ok janna stop it! moving on!

so kerane minah tongong i got home at about a quarter past 1..ngntuk sgt..pas2 nk tdo ader je org msg la call la..ppl! tlg tdo bole x...i love korg tp i nk tdooo!!

hari ni masuk keje penat sgt..jln from car to office mcm zombie kampung pisang...

Resolution #1- ok i failed dis...i snoozed twice b4 tgk jam n terjejut dh lambat n ran into d shower..fully clothed ok..bongok..

Resolution #2- i barely had enuf time to dress myself let alone eat!

Resolution #3- ok sbab balik lambat i didnt have d time to iron (or even plan) wat i was going to wear..i look like a picnic mat today btw...

Resolution #4- i threw everything into d trunk so d car is pretty much mess-free..just dont try to put anything in the boot ok?

So thr!! i accomplished 2 out of my 4 resolutions this week! n its ony monday!! yeay me!!

ok d reason #3 was not accomplished was bcoz as i was dressing up, i discover that a button on my dress was loose. rather den kelam kabut at ofc later i took out d sewing kit n started sewing..being d worst penjahit (sewer??hahahha) in the entire world and planets bersebelahan dat i am! i kept getting the threads simpul2 so kene start balik..so tedious..and there goes my bfast.. ok tp pagi2 xde mood nk mk pon kot.. bt still...esok ok!!

Weekly Resolution- Note to self- pls keep!!!

Since its the beginning of the week (or baru nk begin), i tgh smangat nk buat new resolutions... ok mayb from now on i can have like weekly resolutions? ceh buat stahun skali pon kenot keep..ni kn pulak once a week.. ambitious much? xpe..smangat is penting ppl! so since this is my 1st week..ill b realistic n not set my goals too high up thr mcm berangan burung woodpecker ok...

1. I will not hit the snooze button more then once wen i get up in the morning to get to work (sbab penat kelam kabut every morning den burn myself w d hair straightner is not fun- sakit tau..sgt sgt)- ok i actually burned my middle finger on my left hand a couple o weeks back..cemane iron tu smpai situ pon xtau..tp sakit..ouch.

2. I will make it a point to have bfast b4 i leave for work because apparently not having breakfast can cause heart attack..ramai sgt org pass away bcoz o heart dieseases lately..takut...n i mean real bfast! not smarties i found in my handbag or strepsils ok.

3. I will have my clothes ironed and hung the nite before to avoid not having enuf time to do #2.

4. I will (ok dis one btul2 kene) find a way to organize the shoes in my car. Last count i have 12 pairs in my car alone..n i drive a little car..so legspace for passangers sitting behind or even in front..is literally nonexistant. Mayb i can get a rack? or a box?? nnti rosak x kasut?? ok i cant leave them in the house! wat if im on the road and sumone calls n asks me to the movies n im in work clothes w stilettoes??? msti nk comfy kn?? msti nk ader choices dpending on wat colour im wearing kn? kn?? kn??? ok sila terima hakikat d best solution is to leave them in the house.. hrmph!!

ok i tink dats enuf for this week..lets see if i can keep to them.. or throw them out d window like my yearly resolutions..aper cerita nk pg gym religiously 4 times a week?? gym??wat?? whr???who me??- u get the picture..

i took a day off yesterday to settle a lot o things. my tax and uitm saman being one o them. twas a full day. from KL to shah alam den back to damansara but im sooo glad i got everything settled!! well..not axactly everything! there is one thing i had to do dat i couldnt till i bwk all the documents needed..mane la i tau kene bwk offer letter!! xpe can do nnti! anyway! despite having about a million things to do. i still managed to go to the metrojaya sale in shah alam which is giler best nk mati!!!! i went crazyyy!!! its one o d best sales ive been to since london's boxing day which is mmg mcm giler punye best!! i got parfumes n make up!! aaaa!! nk pg lagi!!! ok janna pls behave!! ok pastu we went to ou to catch a movie sbab dah 3 ribu kot tahun xtgk movie!! we watched he's just not that into u which i really liked! i think its a movie all girls have to watch n think about the values and meaning behind it all. i mean ive been there myself! getting all jumpy around a guy i like, watching the phone willing it to ring *mcm la phone tu ada telepathy kn*, biler dpt text msg from him it just makes ur day, n of course, bwk phone masuk toilet mase mandi! i dont know bout u guys bt ive done all those! n im not proud o it! but its something every girl will go thru at least once in her life! the waiting and the wanting dat is painful and sweet at the same time! n betrayal..who hasnt felt it? it hurts..right down to ur very core..it does..bt it makes u stronger...and smarter..and the yearning for somthing that seems so impossibly far...but wen u finally get it..it all seems so worth it! love..wat is life without it? it colours and blurs your world at the same time..its makes you see ever so clearly while it blinds..

on a totally different note..there was a huge storm last nite..takott... the winds were blowing so hard they made scary noises..dh la pukul 3 pg..nk gerak pon takot!! dh la pg rumah org pass away pas2 balik xmandi agn..hehehe :).. lg la buat takott!! so wat do i do wen i wake up scared in the middle o d nite??? i call affiq my adek!! affiq!! masuk bilik kak na skrg plsss!!! poor affiq had to make sure i was ok before sleepily trudging back into his room to get his blanket n pillow to tman kak na sleep :) luff u! mwahh!!

of death an dying..

Is it just me or does it seem like theres a whole lotta deaths happening lately? in the last six months, 6 people i know have passed..the first being tok and the last one was my indian neighbour who passed last week..he complained of chest pains on saturday morning after breakfast..his wife took him home and later brought him to the hospital whr they did an EKG test that showed everything to be normal..he sed his chest still hurt so his wife went to speak to a nurse while another attended to him.. he went into cardic arrest and shortly after, took his final breath..just like that..

we paid our condolence to his widow n their kids last nite and my heart just broke at the sight o these innocent children who will grow up without their father.. their youngest son is just 8 while the eldest boy is barely of high school age.. i remember when they use to come over all the time to play with my adek2.. comels sgt! sihat2 blaka.. next to the photo of the deceased was a scrap book made by the eldest son for his dad's 50th birthday last year. in it were photos of his dad from the time he was a baby, thru his childhood, adolscent life, college, his wedding, and his entire adult life from the time he had his kids and getting promoted and going on holidays. it was like his entire life was compiled into this little black book filled with words of love by his children. his wife told me that he was so proud when he got it on his birthday. he brought it to the office and showed it to anyone and everyone. on the last page was a picture of the entire family with the words, we love u papa! printed in large bold letters signifying their love for this man they call father. now the book sits cold in the swirl of smoke and the scent of flowers from the altar. only to be touched by unfamiliar hands and the occasional tear of sadness and regret..

makes you think of how fragile life is doesnt it?

Hari Orientasi

today i had to attend an orientation for new hire's at IBM plaza BU. i was to report there in the morning so i was saved the trouble o driving to d end o d world, otherwise known as cyberjaya, but only for 2day mind u. dah xpayah drive jauh, nk drive dekat pon trus malas! got my adek to drop me off since he's home for a week on study leave (btw..study la sgt!!!). i was sceptical o going in the beginnning. xde fren since i had 2 go alone. this is d 3rd session they're conducting. i had to miss d earlier ones sbb ..ntah..sbab nape ntah...anyway! i went today! its only for a day n i got thr early. i was d 1st to arrive. smpai2 trus on thinkpad (IBM laptop name dier thinkpad ok) sbab dah rindu kwn2 cyber..after a brief introduction by our instructor, we were asked to form a line according to our birthdate's from January to December..without speaking..or writing anything down..hmm...ok i cheated! trus selit2 ckp bday i biler! we got in line pretty accurately save for d few who salah sket2 je..impressive jgak! den we had to answer a bunch o Q's with our team mates which was rather mundane..pas2 last2 d instructor asked each o us to grab a paper n pencil n using ur other tangan (im righthanded so i had to use my left) kene draw a pic o ur dream job at IBM. klaka kottt!! ader yg lukis bumi sbab nk travel..ader lukis shape ape ntah (suppose to b rectagular kot) w dollar signs in dem..ok duit kot..hahaha! i drew a laptop sbab IBM kn (duh!) n me..big head me w stick body (bkn sbab kurus tp sbab xtau draw body) ader passport, LV handbag n chanel shoes!!hahahaha! konon nyer dh pangkat besar n kaya pastu passport sbab nk travel!!!kih kih kih! nk put d gamba but malu...mayb nx time? ok peeps..im beat...abrupt ending...gudnite..much love to all! mwah!
